Catherine has a broad background in public relations and marketing. She has an extensive career in the political arena with her management of the public relations efforts of three Members of Congress. She has also served political appointee positions in two federal administrations at the Departments of Transportation and Energy. She is also a television and radio reporter.

Catherine has launched her own PR consultancy in May 2002. She has represented high technology emerging companies, established corporations and association clients providing a variety of communications services. Her clients includes H&K Strategic Business Solutions/Holland & Knight Consulting, EyeTicket Corporation, HealthExtras, Oldcaste Glass, Oldcastle-Arpal, Pathnet, Lincoln Financial Group, US West, iXL/Image Communications, WorldCom, Cyber Marketing, McGraw-Hill and Discovery Communications.
